The Many Signs Of Diabetes

With the way that the lives of many people are ran, such as eating fast food and having little time to sleep and exercise, it is no wonder that more and more people are learning that they have developed diabetes. There are several signs of diabetes if you really know what you are looking for. It is important first to understand whether or not you have a family history of diabetes as this could help in understanding your personal potential of developing the disease and this is also information that your doctor will need to have in order to test or treat you for certain things.

Knowing your family history will also help you determine what may or may not be something that others with diabetes in your family have suffered from. But even if you do not have a family history of it, there is no one that is immune from getting it so you must always look for signs of diabetes. Those with this illness often suffer from things like a thirst that they can not seem to quench, feet that hurt, longer healing time on wounds, dizziness and a feeling of being tired a lot of the time. These signs of diabetes can always be other things as well so just because you are tired and really thirsty, does not mean you have diabetes.
